Blueberry sour cream muffins-
ReplyDelete2 cups flour
1 tablespoon B.P.
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter melted
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups frozen Blueberries
Mix together
grease muffin tin
use ice cream scoop to drop in pan
bake 25-30 min. at 350
melt butter, brush on top, and sprinkle cinnimon sugar on top
a little lemon might be good in this too.
